EPRC’s Education and ICT interventions works to close systemic gaps in access to quality education by supporting learners at every stage—from foundational learning and skills development to higher education. Through a network of formal and non-formal learning centers, including pre-school and adult education programs, EPRC delivers inclusive, high-quality education to marginalized/climate vulnerable communities in both urban and rural areas.

To enhance technical skills and employability, EPRC operates its own training institute—the Advance Technical Institute in Gazipur City Corporation. Here, students’ complete relevant short courses and earn certification from the Bangladesh Technical Education Board (BTEB), equipping them with practical skills for today’s job market.

EPRC also actively supports higher education and research through collaborations with leading national and international universities. Through Memoranda of Understanding (MoUs), the organization facilitates research opportunities for undergraduate and postgraduate students from institutions such as Delft University of Technology, Emory University, the University of Copenhagen, Nagoya University, Kyoto University, the University of Stirling, Bangladesh Agricultural University (BAU), and Jagannath University.

Together, these initiatives empower learners with knowledge, skills, and digital access—opening pathways to education, employment, and innovation.
