The Organizational Governance Structure

The overall management of EPRC rests with the Executive Committee, supported by the General Committee and the Advisory Committee.

The Executive President serves as the Chief Executive of EPRC and manages the organization through a Central Management Committee (CMC). The CMC includes a Deputy Executive President (DEP) and five Directors. The CMC convenes regularly to discuss projects, policy issues, funding, management, and the future course of activities. Development and service projects fall under the purview of the respective directors. Every project includes a Team Leader/Principal Investigator (PI) who is responsible for its management, day-to-day activities, and budget, as outlined in the proposal.

EPRC management provides essential backstopping services to the programs, projects, including quality assurance, contractual negotiations, financial management, database development, accounting, and report production.

For financial management and oversight, EPRC utilizes a network-based accounting software package. This system integrates the general ledger, project reports, debtor ledgers, and fixed asset ledgers into a uniform format, linked with the project offices to enable rapid and transparent project review.
